Cancellation Policy

At Swansdowne, we craft every canvas with care and want you to love your order. If you need to cancel, here’s how it works simple and straightforward. Questions? Reach out at info@swansdowne.com.


Cancellation Process

  • Timeframe: You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, before we start processing.
  • How: Email info@swansdowne.com with your order number and cancellation request no fees apply.
  • After 6 Hours: If processing has begun (1-3 business days) or the order has shipped, cancellation isn’t possible. You’ll need to follow our Returns & Refund Policy instead.
  • Shipped Orders: Refusing delivery doesn’t cancel the order you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs (no restocking fee applies).

Refunds for Cancellations

  • Eligible Cancellations: If canceled within 6 hours, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method (e.g., Stripe, Paypal).
  • Processing Time: Refunds hit your account within 3 business days, though bank delays may add 5-10 days. We’ll email you once it’s processed.
  • Note: Orders processed for shipping are final and can’t be canceled see our Returns Policy for next steps.

Custom-Made or Personalized Canvas

  • Cancellation Limit: Once production starts (after 6 hours), custom or personalized canvases can’t be canceled due to their made-to-order nature.
  • Before Production: Email info@swansdowne.com within 6 hours to cancel and get a full refund.
  • Defective Items: If your custom canvas arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery we’ll arrange a return for a refund or replacement per our Returns Policy.

Order Modifications

  • Changes: Need to tweak your order (e.g., size, design)? Email info@swansdowne.com within 6 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to help before processing starts.
  • After Processing: Once production begins (1-3 business days), modifications aren’t possible.
  • Adding Items: Want more canvases? Place a new order we can’t add to an existing one after it’s processed.
