Processing time for orders

  • It takes 1–2 days to process your orders before they can be shipped. However, if there are any unusual circumstances, we will notify you via email.
  • We will send you an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time & Fee

  • We are currently unable to ship to US military sites. We sincerely regret any trouble this may create.
  • Shipping to multiple addresses in the same order is not supported.

Tax

  • We do not collect tax on any orders.

Shipping Delays

  • If you have not received the item after 30 days from the date of the order, we will refund the full amount of your order. Please send an email with your order number and shipping tracking number to the support team at [email protected]. We will respond within 12 business hours.
  • If the shipping tracking code status is complete but you have not received your order, first please check around your house as it may be hidden somewhere.
  • If it is still not helping you, please contact the shipping carrier we included in the status shipping email notification.
  • If this still does not resolve the issue, please contact the support team at [email protected].

  • We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.
  • When placing an order, please enter the correct shipping information. If you discover an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. However, because orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 days, If your order has left our warehouse before the support staff takes your feedback, it is out of our control.
  • Swansdowne is not liable for any destination region tax or duty charges that may be incurred. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination region.
  • Swansdowne reserves the right to cancel the package and is not obligated to provide a refund if the customer refuses to accept the package.
